Klaagliederen 2:8

SV	[Cheth.] De HEERE heeft gedacht te verderven den muur der dochter Sions; Hij heeft het richtsnoer [daarover] getogen, Hij heeft Zijn hand niet afgewend, dat Hij ze niet verslonde; en Hij heeft den voormuur en den muur te zamen treurig gemaakt, zij zijn verzwakt.
WLC	חָשַׁ֨ב יְהוָ֤ה ׀ לְהַשְׁחִית֙ חֹומַ֣ת בַּת־צִיֹּ֔ון נָ֣טָה קָ֔ו לֹא־הֵשִׁ֥יב יָדֹ֖ו מִבַּלֵּ֑עַ וַיַּֽאֲבֶל־חֵ֥ל וְחֹומָ֖ה יַחְדָּ֥ו אֻמְלָֽלוּ׃ ס
Trans.	ḥāšaḇ JHWH ləhašəḥîṯ ḥwōmaṯ baṯ-ṣîywōn nāṭâ qāw lō’-hēšîḇ yāḏwō miballē‘a wayya’ăḇel-ḥēl wəḥwōmâ y^aḥədāw ’uməlālû:

AC	ח חשב יהוה להשחית חומת בת ציון--נטה קו לא השיב ידו מבלע ויאבל חל וחומה יחדו אמללו {ס}
ASV	Jehovah hath purposed to destroy the wall of the daughter of Zion; He hath stretched out the line, he hath not withdrawn his hand from destroying; And he hath made the rampart and wall to lament; they languish together.
BE	It is the Lord's purpose to make waste the wall of the daughter of Zion; his line has been stretched out, he has not kept back his hand from destruction: he has sent sorrow on tower and wall, they have become feeble together.
Darby	Jehovah hath purposed to destroy the wall of the daughter of Zion: he hath stretched out the line, he hath not withdrawn his hand from destroying; and he hath made the rampart and the wall to lament: they languish together.
ELB05	Jehova hat sich vorgenommen, die Mauer der Tochter Zion zu zerstören; er zog die Meßschnur, wandte seine Hand vom Verderben nicht ab; und Wall und Mauer hat er trauern lassen: Zusammen liegen sie kläglich da.

Sch	Der HERR hatte sich vorgenommen, die Mauern der Tochter Zion zu zerstören; er spannte die Meßschnur aus, zog seine Hand nicht zurück, bis daß er sie vertilgte; Wall und Mauer versetzte er in Trauer; sie stehen allzumal kläglich da.
